Christmas this time
was spent at a place called Nethy
Bridge, which is about 10 miles outside Aviemore.
Marketa
and I went to babysit her sisters dogs, whilst her sister (Lucka)
and her husband (John) went back to his parents down south.
It was a great relaxing time, playing with the dogs, cutting up wood for the fire and watching crap tv (as usual at this time of year).
Due to cash, or major lack of, this was a very different christmas for me, but then again, I don't celebrate christmas.
Marketa very kindly offered to cook a Czech Christmas meal for us both, which was a lovely dumpling with red cabbage and pork, served with a few bottles of wine.
I will get her to give me the recipe if anyone wants it. Will route out a photo of it online and post it up also.
